He has participated in several national strategies of adaptation climate change adaptation as senior expert in collaboration with GIZ, UNDP and others. Author and co-author of around 100 scientific publications. Currently, General Director of INRGREF since 2017.

Dr. Hanène GHAZGHAZI
Researcher at National Research Institute for Rural Engineering, Water and Forestry (INRGREF) in ecophysiology-Biology, Phytochemistry as well as spectroscopy (MS, UV). Working with several research groups contributing in the overall understanding of the separation, identification, characterization and biological activities of natural substances.

Dr. Eng. Haithem BAHRI
PhD in Environmental Sciences from Pierre and Marie Curie University (France, 2006). Senior researcher at the National Research Institute for Rural Engineering, Water and Forestry (INRGREF) since January 2007. Developing a research program focused on water and soil conservation for ecosystem restoration and sustainable intensification of rainfed production systems.

Dr. Afef HAJJAJI
She is attached researcher at the Forest Ecology Laboratory, National Research Institute in Rural Engineering, Water and Forestry, Tunisia. She received her PhD degree in Biology from the Tunisian Faculty of Sciences, University El Manar, Tunisia. She are the author of many scientific publications interesting to the plant-environment relationship.

Holds a MSc Degree on the Management of Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis. He is working at the National Research Institute for Rural Engineering, Water, and Forestry as an IT Manager and He is a PhD Candidate on Water and Environmental Sciences.

Dr. Rajia KCHAOU
Ph.D in ecophysiology-Biology from Sciences Faculty of Tunis (FST). Currently, Researcher at the Tunisian National Research Institute for Rural Engineering, Water and Forestry (INRGREF) and Member of valorization of non-conventional water Laboratory. Main research field around enhancing production and productivity of forage plants; improving green soil fertility.

Dr. Mohamed Naceur KHELIL
PhD in biological sciences from Sciences Faculty of Tunisia (2003). Member of valorization of non-conventional water Laboratory. Head of the agricultural experimentation unit-Nabeul, since 2016. Member of INRGREF Scientific Council. Main field research around treated waterwise reuse and sewage sludge in agriculture. Authors of many national and international papers.

PhD in Rural Engineering Science, Water and Forests From INAT/AgroParisTech. Associate Professor/Researcher. Currently, Researcher at the Tunisian National Research Institute for Rural Engineering, Water and Forestry (INRGREF). Member of Management and Valorization of Forest Resources Laboratory. Selected as an UICN/Spain assessment expert.

Dr. Nabil AMIMI
He is a researcher in the forest ecology laboratory (INRGREF) since September 2016. He holds a doctorate in biology in 2022, specializing in recalcitrant seeds (especially oaks). Has worked in the export of Tunisian dates "deglet nour", and has set up a date packaging unit (1991-1996). Worked for 18 years in the urban planning sector (1996-2013).

Dr. Kaouther BEN YAHIA
She is Teacher-Researcher in the Forest Ecology Laboratory, with a doctoral thesis in forest ecology, a diploma in advanced studies in general ecology, a national diploma in agronomy for semi-arid regions.
